Dr Denny Ellerman - International Panel of Advisers
Denny is a leading energy economist and is recognised internationally as an authority on emissions trading. He is a Senior Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management and the former Executive Director of the MIT Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change and the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research. His current research interests focus on the European Union's CO2 Emissions Trading Scheme. Denny is co-author with Sloan School colleagues of Markets for Clean Air: The US Acid Rain Program and co-editor of the recently released Allocation in the European Emissions Trading Scheme: Rights, Rents, and Fairness. He has a PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University.
