Kate Chambers

Research Analyst 2008

Kate graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics and Anthropology from Hartwick College, New York, in 2005. After graduation, she promptly moved to Washington, D.C., where she spent two a half years researching labour and child welfare policy at the Urban Institute.

Kate spent six months working at Motu as a research analyst, exploring issues related to rural land use,  telecommunications infrastructure, and Maori migration. In August, 2008, she returned to the US to begin her graduate studies in public policy at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin.
