Rhylie worked at Motu for three years, starting out as the Team Administrator and then moved into looking after Motu’s Recruitment and Communications. She joined Motu in February 2008 as a graduate, after completing her Honours in English Literature at the University of Otago.
Rhylie went from Motu to another not-for-profit organisation, Refugee Services, where she is the Intake Coordinator for the Greater Wellington region.
