Vera Latzke
Administration Assistant
Vera has a degree in Japanese and English translation from the University of Bonn (Germany). Her thesis examined how factors like social background and wealth determine an individual’s access to the national elites in the UK, France, Germany and Japan.
After one year with the Institute for the Study of Labour (IZA) she joined Motu in January 2009. Her responsibilities include the logistical and administrative side of the Wellington and Auckland Public Policy Seminar series and the Motu Working Paper Series.
In her spare time Vera takes pleasure in literature, music, art, spending time with friends, eating, travelling, languages, photography, yoga and badminton.
