Rebecca Henderson gave a short presentation on her recent book: Reimagining Capitalism in a World on Fire. Her book not only outlines how capitalism needs to change if we are to build a just and sustainable world, but also draws on twenty years of research in organizational change, innovation and disruption, and political theory in combination with a series of in-depth case studies to outline a practical roadmap for how we can get there from here. A prominent economist and influential professor (The John and Natty McArthur University professor at Harvard), Rebecca is one of the world’s most articulate, insightful and persuasive scholars focused on driving large-scale change. A leading authority in organizational and strategic change for more than thirty years, today her research, teaching and speaking centers on purpose-driven capitalism and the role that business leaders at every level can play in reimagining our current system.

Phil Tateis an independent foresight consultant and regenerative practitioner helping people to explore the challenges and potential of their futures. His work focuses on the need to reimagine our underlying perspectives and create the alternate possibilities necessary for deep transformation.
Joanne Leung - is the Chief Economist at the Ministry of Transport (MOT). Together with MOT’s in-house economists, she provides economic analyses and related support across the Ministry’s policy teams. Outside MOT, she was one of founding member of the Government Economics Network (GEN) and is still heavily involved in GEN’s activities.
Kirk Hope - is Chief Executive of BusinessNZ, New Zealand's leading business advocacy group. He was formally CEO of the New Zealand Bankers' Association and Executive Director of the Financial Services Federation.
