Jo Hendy

Jo was appointed an Inquiry Director for the Interim Climate Change Committee and started work in June 2018. 

Jo spent several months at Motu as a Policy Fellow in 2018, managing Motu's environment work. She came back to us after spending ten years working in various research and policy roles at the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment. Her final role at PCE was as the Director of Research and Analysis. Prior to this she was a Research Analyst for Motu for over 6 years.

Jo has a BSc in Mathematics with Honours and and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Science. She has strong technical understanding of a broad range of environmental issues strengthened by her work at the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment and a background in physics, mathematics, and economics.
